This needs good citizenship education that includes and inspires ALL LEARNERS at all ages. We believe more learners can be actively engaged if teaching methods become more diverse, creative, imaginative, artistic and affective – recognising emotions, identities and conflicts whilst increasing skills for open, rational consensus building.
